Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days in Canada and 7–21 business days internationally.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery option. 

Carriers

We ship via Canada Post, FedEx, or other trusted carriers depending on the destination and delivery speed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. DeVito Boot Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, but we will assist in filing claims if issues arise.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Orders shipped to an incorrect address may not be refundable.
